(On a stalemate, the kingdom loses stability and the proposals are combined by the Gamemaster as the bureaucracy struggles to catch up with the conflicting instructions.)

some time in december

Yosa is treckling in the halls of the mansion of Lords seemingly drunk, in the arms of two harlots, seriously underdressed for the building they're in.

As one of the mansion's servants passes through the hall, as they walk by, a note falls from his pocket, noone being the wiser

"Give this to the other Lords." writes a title in the not so neatly folded paper.

The servant picks up the note, and keeps on as if nothing happened. A few minutes later, the council has on their desks a proposal of sorts, for the economic growth and stability of the realm.

Edict Phase:
1.Claim Northern Hill to be named "Πέρα Βουναλέικα" contrary to "Δώθε Βουναλέικα"
2.a.Build Quary-or-Mine on Πέρα Βουναλέικα
2.b.Build Farm on Πέρα Βουναλέικα
3.No Settlements, option1:Build a Dance Hall in Gutenbeere, named "Της Μαργαρίτας το τακούνι"
No Settlements, option2:Build a library in Gutenbeere, named "Στρώσου Βούρλο!"
4.No Army Edicts
5.General Edicts:
No Diplomatic edict. (Postpone signing any papers until we speak with a more legitimate envoy)
No Exploration Edict
No Trade Edict
